Q4: How much is the shipping freight?
Please kindly leave your address, and the items, quantity you need, we will check the best shipping freight for you.
Q5: Where is your raw material from ?
Most of raw material are imported, like wood material, and resin material. Some material are domestic, like metal iron, stainless steel, aluminum.
Q6: What's your products range?
Our company mainly produce event furniture, such as event chair, table, and backdrop, plinth, charger plate, centerpiece, cutlery, glass, artificial flower.
Q7: Do you support customized packaging sizes?
If your product quantity is large enough, you can ask us to customize the packaging size. If your quantity is too small, generally we can only provide standard packaging sizes.
Q8: Can you help me collect my goods from other supplier and load together in your factory?
That's no problem. We can help you collect your other goods to our factory and load together. Just need your other supplier to stick shipping mark outside your packages for us to recognize your goods is ok.
Q9: How much deposit do I need to pay to start production?
We will collect 30% deposit to start production. When we finish production we will show you pictures, then you can pay the 70% balance. After we receive your balance, we will arrange shipment.
Q10: How long does it take to get to your company from Baiyun Airport?
If by taxi, it will take about one and a half hour from Baiyun Airport to our showroom. If by subway, it will take about two and a half hour. If you are coming to visit us, please let us know in advance, we will guide you the route.
