● If you are the first time import, don't worry. We have rich experinece in exporting wedding furniture. Our salesman will guide you the process of importing goods from China. Normally we will give you two choices, If you want more convenient, we can deliver to your door including all costs, you just need to wait to receive and unload the goods from truck. If you want to save some cost, we can deliver to your near port, you will need to clear customs by yourself, We will provide commercial invoice and packing list for you to clear customs, and if you don't know how to do, we will recommend a clearance agent to you, they will help you do the customs clearance. So don't worry about it.

Q2: Can you deliver the goods to my door?

● It depends on your address. If you are in some developed countries like USA, UK and so on, we can deliver the goods to your door by express or by truck. If your goods are small in size, we can deliver it by express to your door, in this way you don't need to unload the goods. If your goods are large, we can deliver it by truck to your door, you just need to unload the goods from truck by yourself.

Q3: How far is your company from the airport?

● We located in Foshan city. The nearest international airport to our company is Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. From Baiyun airport to our company will take about one hour and 40 minutes by car. And if by subway, it will take about two hour and 20 minutes. If you don't know the route, you can contact our salesperson and we will provide you with route guidance.

Q4: Is the shipping cost fixed?

● The shipping cost is not fixed, it changes every week. We will quote you shipping cost for your reference first. When the goods are ready, we will check and update the shipping cost to you before shipment. It may go up or down, we will both update to you. If there's any difference, you will need to pay the difference. 

Q5: If I have a product design that I want but to make with other materials, can you do it?

● Please show us the design you want and we will confirm for you whether it can be made into other materials. Usually hot-selling designs, we have different materials for customers to choose from.
